Vendors must provide their own equipment (ie: tents, tables, chairs, etc.)

Tents must have a minimum of 35 pounds weight for each leg.

No electricity or running water is available.

Our event runs from 11 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 11 am to 4 pm on Sunday

Set up: Vendors can begin set up at 8 am each day; vehicles must be out of the vendor area by 10:45 am each day.

Approval is not guaranteed, since we strive not to have vendors with duplicate items.

Cost: $35.00 per 12’ x 12’ space (covers both days)*

All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the event

Payment in the form of credit card, check or cash will be accepted
